The Grammy award-winning artist brings a modern twist to the iconic beat from 1997, originally crafted by the legendary Dave Kelly, which has captivated audiences for decades.

The Showtime Riddim has stood the test of time, celebrated in a recent Rolling Stone article as one of the “25 Riddims That Defined Jamaican Music.” Known for its defining hits like “Bashment Party” by Shaggy and Rayvon, and Spragga Benz’s “We No Like,” the riddim remains a favorite among fans worldwide.

In a 2022 interview with Vibe Magazine, Sean Paul expressed his admiration for the Showtime Riddim, wishing he could have voiced it when it was first created. Fast forward to 2024, and his wish has come true with the release of Bring It, a track that pays homage to the golden era of 90s dancehall.
