Nigerian sensational rapper, singer/songwriter 8tch ( pronounced “H”) has released his fourth body of work titled “Ceiling Conversations (Vol.1)“. The five-track tape dwells on relative stories across different societal issues, hence the name “ceiling conversations.”

Ceiling conversations is Me in You, you in me and we in Us

8tch

A phrase that connotes that each human has a tiny part of them in another person, no matter how little. Standing out from the project is the song ‘9-5 in Lagos‘, which perfectly captures the struggle of a typical working class system in Lagos. The picture was painted even more brilliantly with a video.

This Nigerian HipHop 8tch has managed to blend in this record says a lot from the artist and has showcased his confidence with effortless flows of Yoruba blended with English; the last artist that flowed this effortless was Nigerian Rap and HipHop sensation Olamide. His unique story telling ability and subtle lyric to detail is what makes this project worth listening to through and through. We really commend this young artist on this project because there isn’t a lot of young hip hop acts nowadays.
